This is sO sad. “Accident” or not, guns do not belong in schools. Not with students, and not with teachers.

Obviously this is early and details are still coming out, but please do not take the police’s version of events at face value.

U.S. appeals court says civil rights law covers transgender workers

A federal law banning sex bias in the workplace prohibits discrimination against transgender workers, a U.S. appeals court said on Wednesday, ruling in favor of a funeral director who was fired after telling her boss she planned to transition to female from male.

People from my school are afraid to be in school. They fear of the possibility that something may happen. No child should ever feel this way. Something needs to be done.

Student lives should not be put on the line just so the government does not upset a certain group. Anyone with eyes can see these mass school shootings are a problem. It needs to be solved. Too many young people are dying because of guns getting in the hands of the wrong people. It ends here. Young people are our future, but because we have not been taking action they are being killed. Our future is being killed. This is unacceptable. Action needs to be taken.
