Finally after over a month of work it is complete!!!

I managed to get about 24 shirt designs made out of it!

Crimson Dames: The Lycan’s Chapel

I don't have a full story excerpt yet to include with this piece but I'll resubmit it once I do. For the now though here is a bit of the story that started to develop in my head as I worked on it this past week...

Little by little a story started to form in my head concerning where this piece falls in the wider story. And I think it will work best as a frontier mission that has become isolated when surrounding towns were destroyed by the various monsters that roam those lands. A chapel where some of the patrons have become werewolves. Rather than simply give in to the lure of power and lust they do what they cant to resist and maintain their humanity. They would play a role later in the series, somewhere in the third arc where things are at their most dire, and help illuminate the true nature of those cursed with lycanthropy for the Crimson Dames. ---------------------------------------- There are 16 variants to this piece! Crimson Dames is a Gothic Horror tale about four women left brutally scarred when their lives were touched by the curse of the werewolf. Now linked through shared trauma, are they capable of resisting the seductions of the curse, or will they lose that most fragile of aspects that makes one human? Their delicate alliance will be tested by a cruel world brimming with untold horrors out for their blood. Does this small band of Red Riding Hoods have what it takes to carve a place for themselves in a fallen world? Will they be torn asunder by the ravenous forces of darkness, or worse yet, be welcomed by them with open arms.

Mannequin Haunted House Concepts - 03

It’s been a long term goal of mine to eventually build/run/own my very own professional level Haunted Attraction. Originally I wanted it to focus on werewolves and really raise the monster type to the level of respect enjoyed by Vampires and Zombies.

Knowing however that the cost to render such a haunt would be cost prohibitive I started brain storming an alternative starter haunt that could eventually fund the higher level of effects I would need for the Werewolf Haunt.

What I ended up zeroing in on was Mannequins! Their relatively cheap to procure, if their damaged the effect just adds to their creep factor. And despite the low cost of entry they are a creature type whose natural proclivity to sit dead center in the uncanny valley will allow them to stand tall among the many competitors in the haunting world
