How It Works
How do you order from us?
If you are still getting familiar with ordering custom garments, here is a step-by-step guide.
1. Browse our collections to find what you want to add to your wardrobe. In our Vancouver studio, we carefully plan the design and commission skilled crafters worldwide to make garments.
2. We work on each order based on your preferences and measurements, so there is no overstock or excess production waste. (Standard size is also available for those who prefer a faster turnaround time.)
3. We will keep you updated on the garment-making process. You can expect the delivery within one and a half months. The delivery time might vary depending on the available material and shipping.
If you need further assistance, feel free to e-mail us: [email protected]

How to Take Body Measurements for a Made-to-Measure Order
We create the following guide to make a made-to-measure order easy for you. You can also invite a friend, ask a local tailor or a friendly dry cleaner to help you. :)
1. Height & Weight
Your height and weight can help us to estimate your fit.
2. The Base of Your Neck
Wrap the measuring tape around the base of your neck, just above your collarbone.
If applicable, this measurement will help us to find the right size dress shirt to layer under the suit jacket.
3. The Widest Part of Your Bust
Raise both arms and run the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Then, lower your arms and record the measurement.
If possible, have a partner to ensure the tape is parallel to the ground. You can also do this by checking in front of a mirror.
For suit jackets, stay relaxed while taking this measurement, as flexing the muscle could make the fit too big.
Be sure to wear the bra intended to be worn with the garment, especially for a jacket or fitted dress.
4. The Narrowest Part of Your Waist
Put your arms down and bend at your elbows to find your natural waist. It is also the narrowest point on your upper body.
Relax and try not to breathe the tummy in. :)
5. The Widest Part of Your Hip
With your feet together, run the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hip.
The hip level is generally 7" - 8’’ below the waist.
6. Bicep
This measurement is essential if your bicep is very muscular or very slim.
You can flex your arm if you want a looser fit. Otherwise, leave your arm relaxed.
7. Back Shoulder Width
Measure from one shoulder bone to the other across the back.
You can also find a top that fits well, has a collar and sleeves, and measures the shoulder length of the top.
8. Arm Length / Desired Sleeve Length
Place the end of the measuring tape at the shoulder point. Then, slide the tape measure down your arm toward your wrist. Compare this measurement with a jacket that fits you well to determine the desired sleeve length.
Dress shirt sleeve length is typically 1/4" - 3/8" longer than the jacket sleeve length.
The length of the overcoat's sleeves is generally until the end of the thumb or 5/8" - 3/4" longer than the jacket's sleeves.
We can accommodate different right and left sleeve lengths.
9. Front Waist Length
Measure from the high point of your shoulder, and run the measuring tape over your bust and to your waist level.
10. Back Waist Length
For accuracy, first, tie a string at the waist level.
Measure from the top of your spine at the base of your neck, then run the measuring tape to the waist.
11A. Suit Jacket Back Length
For the classic suit jacket's back length, extend how you measure the back waist length until the tape reaches the bottom of your hip.
11B. Desired Garment Length
For the classic suit jacket's back length, extend the measurement of the back waist length until it reaches the desired garment length.
