Take socialising for example, the longer we put off seeing people (which can feel necessary at the time) - the harder it can become to re-adjust and tackle it. We build it up in our heads until the very idea is terrifying.
Try your best not to let things take control of you, and know that putting things off can be the only option, but it’s good to tackle the ‘avoided thing’ as soon as we possibly can.
Stay strong ghosties, you can do the thing.

Sometimes your studying can get messy and that’s okay! My studying was messy most of the time.
Confidence isn’t walking into a room with your nose in the air and thinking you are better than everyone else. It’s walking into a room and not having to compare yourself to anyone in the first place.

17.04.16 I woke up really early today, had soy yoghurt with muesli, a banana and strawberry smoothie and one cup of green tea for breakfast. :) Right now I’m reading a study about Development of Concern for others in children :)

19.02.18 8.26pm Today marked my very first day of med lectures! Just finished a long day of readings, here’s a photo of my pharmacology readings I did this evening.
February 10th, 2019 // i’ve been studying for this big exam coming up and making these study review sheets. then i make additional notes on them which is literally so helpful for me. what do you do to study for big exams?
