Overall I think I just crave Branch hitting "Forgiven, not forgotten" with BroZone even if just internally

And them realizing he doesn't trust them at all with stuff he finds important... (especially Floyd ☝ bcuz of promise)

Like Branch asks one of them to do something for him, they forgot or failed for any other reason but when they come to Branch with "oops, my bad 😓" Branch already switched up to the back-up plan. And they're just like "why even he had the back-up plan" and the first answer on the mind is, because he expected you to fail him.

Hell, it might be actually that or just typical Branch-like over-preparing but they don't know it so yeah

Tbh I'm overall not a fan of Trolls' writing in terms of concepts of "consequences" or "accountability", especially when it comes to many of their "second-chance havers"

And honestly I think that the only/main reason why Creek specifically gets to be the scapegoat for some part of fandom is because characters like Barb and BroZone got their second chances in their actual movies, while all Creek got was getting set on fire </3 lmao

(All that putting aside all nuisance of those characters' different situations (and screentime))

Little people takes the shows very seriously or canon (I know I really don't :|)

I personally poke fun the most at Creek & am mean to him a lot because he's kinda the biggest pathetic wet napkin of all mentioned and it's fun 👉👈

Also I don't necessarily hate ANY of these characters btw, I just wish their writing was more up to my very personal tastes (I'm totally the smartest in the room, yes 🤓) and things weren't just "we sung a song so it's cool now no matter what" and alike. Would give me better drama too

I think I'm just too petty (& old) for this franchise lol

I think there was some official tidbit about Branch's flavor being "blue mood lemonade" and I think it's reference to blue moon lemonade which is actually kinda sweet

I've seen it described as "deeply sweet with a tangy bite" or "sweet and zesty" and there's something really cute abt it idk

and like, it's reference and not the same thing + taste obviously varies but I really like this version

I was listening to Devils Backbone by the civil wars and got inspired, so take a listen to that if you want a vibe check on this au.

Poppy is a runaway, trying to find herself outside of what her upbringing told her she was to be. She gets lucky her first few meetings outside on her own, then she runs into Branch while trying to ‘borrow supplies’ from their camp. Luckily for Poppy, she’s been trained to talk her way out of a bad situation and is quickly spared.
