Mid civil war Arachn1d is informed that Egg is gone. Someone, somehow, got in and knocked out all the guards in the room with Egg, destroyed all the stasis chambers, and took him. Wemmbu is there when Arachn1d is told and refuses to fight until he knows that Egg is ok. Saps knows that Cindercrest needs Wemmbu going into this next fight, so he pulls back his men and agrees to "lend" people to help search for Egg. Meaning Flame and Lomedy. So the ones that go to Egg's cell are Wemmbu, Yungyx, Arachn1d, Flame, and Lomedy.
Egg's cell is completely the same, with nothing out of place and even with the bed still made. The only thing left is Egg's book, which Wemmbu picks up to read.
The first page, written in a code that the two of the made and only they knows, says "If you're reading this with a group you trust, and I hope you are, read it out loud. Everyone should know this information." So Wemmbu, reluctantly, calls all of them over and starts reading it.
"If you're reading this, then they've taken me. I first noticed them three weeks ago, but I think they've been following us for longer."
"The information I have on them is limited, just how they want it to be. The ones that took me are part of an organization called Null, a group that has been kidnapping and disappearing players for a while now. They call their base Purgatory, the coordinates of which are on the last page of this book Wemmbu bro do not flip to the last page! It is important that you read everything I've written."
"Purgatory is a prison, it's in the nether and it's where they keep everyone they have taken. You can trust ClownPierce in this, he doesn't know this is happening. If the civil war is still ongoing, then this information might be enough to cause a pause in it. I believe Null is the reason for the intense resource drain we have been feeling lately."
"I don't know how big Purgatory is, but if everyone I believe was taken by Null is there, then it needs to be big enough to hold tens of thousands of players at once. And something that big needs a lot to keep the prisoners fed and guards armed. They have access to totems and golden apples, full netherite gear, and all of them have stasis chambers somehow connected to the popping of their totems."
"I don't know definitively who their leader is, and pointing fingers could just hurt in the long run if I'm wrong. But I do know one thing, whoever their leader is, it isn't Spoke. Don't believe the rumors they're spreading about him."
The group (Wemmbu) decide to bring the book to Saps and Parrot, so that everyone is on equal footing. They come to an agreement that they will work together to take down Null, and if that doesn't fix the current issues, then they'll go back to trying to kill each other.
Cut to Egg's side of this where he is in Purgatory, and he's sitting on one of the upper bridges just watching the gladiator fight beneath him. Someone walks up and sits beside him, and it's Wifies.
Egg asks him if he's found what the commotion was about earlier, and we cut to a few days ago when Egg first woke up here to Wifies ghost beside him. They have a conversation about what he's doing here instead of with Parrot like he usually is, and Wifies tells Egg that "I can do more here for Parrot, then I would being around him where no one can see me."
We're brought back to the current conversation by Wifies saying that, yes, he did find out what was happening, and it was an escape attempt from Spoke, who is in the prison with them apparently. Egg asks Wifies to continue to make a map of the building, and Egg will keep talking with the other ghosts, so many ghosts, to learn more.
Eventually, when Spoke's second escape attempt fails, Egg realizes that they need a person on the outside to actually have a chance at winning this fight, so he tells Wifies that they're doing plan B. We then cut to the rest of the conversation between the two of them from that first day, where Egg tells Wifies that he's not the only one that can see ghosts and that all Angels can. Wifies asks what other angels are still of the server, and Egg replies that the only one he can think of is Saparata.
Cut to current time where Wifies agrees with Egg and leaves to find Saps with the hope that all three sides have come together and Saps will be able to tell everyone all the new information they have gotten.
The mace Spoke finds is actually Crucible, that Egg still had with him when he was taken.
