So there's this guy I like but our friendship is too good that I'm afraid to confess :/ he's hardworking and super nice! We've been out together twice for lunch, last time he gave gifts from his trip because of all the help I gave him for his studies :) then we went shopping, he showed me a jacket he liked and then I went home! He did ask me for lunch on Valentine's but I think he didn't realise it and meant it in a friend way :/ I'm super conflicted ahha

Seems like you two have a good relationship rn and I totally get why you’d not want to confess. Tbh I think it’s a bit weird when everyone says “oh you feel this way so the other person MUST know right away!! You HAVE to confess!!!”. But the things is, you don’t have to confess right away.
