new york was tailors first real vacation and coming home it feels like the honeymoon stage all over again, we spent a week nonstop in nyc together and then came home and spent every day together since lol like my life is so good lately♥️♥️

work has literally been hell the past few months. our manager is some type of sick that no one will tell us other than it’s a lung issue, they have no idea when she’ll be back. regina has 2 managers but only sends someone once a fucking week to do payroll and then schedule. but he fucks the schedule up SO MUCH. schedules people that literally no showed SIX TIMES LIKE WTF!!! so many nights i’ve closed with 1 other person from 6-1130. we close at 10 now so i get out at 1030 but holy fuck. i was training a shift tonight (already a barista for so long, she’s great) but another shift supervisor in training was TRAINING two new hires?? like he’s not even getting paid for it everything is so fucked, unfair. and on a daily basis we have no one to get help from. as a shift it’s like i’m running the fucking whole store. i have to change the daily schedules, call people begging them to come i because 2 people are scheduled for fucking peak. i’m so tired of it, like i know when i’m being paid what my job is worth and right now it’s not fucking it😩
