Any medium is allowed! Art, fanfics, manips, gifs, macaroni art, text posts, memes and anything else we haven't thought of will be welcomed here

We will have a special A03 collection dedicated to the week! Please consider posting to A03 if you would like your writing added to the collection. We have 9 A03 invites that can be provided if you dont have an account already.

Please make sure that your work is fully your own! Use of official Mortal Kombat imagery is allowed but please do not use the work of other artists if you do not want your bones stolen.

Prompts do not need to be done in order! If you would rather have a spicier start with 'Lust' feel free to do so!

There is no time limit for the week. We will still reblog tagged work well after the week has ended if there are still people creating for it. If you are reading this 10 years into the future, you are still welcome to participate 👀

18+ work will be allowed. But please be aware that Tumblr is more likely to flag NSFW art. All work should be tagged in the correct manner and please make use of the sites Read-more break function.

Due to the nature of the game, blood will be allowed! Please try keep gore to the tumblr guidelines if you do not want your blog to be flagged. Also please tag your gore because one of the mods is super squeamish despite being the the MK fandom~

The + on the word count just means that the fic I write may go slightly over that, but your request will at least meet that word count!

one of my cats is really skittish and touch averse with people so petting her is like the ultimate sign of trust and my hellbrain had the thought that kuai liang is like that post-cyberization and being a revenant and one of the first people he was comfortable relaxing around was hanzo

CATBOY KUAI KONFIRMED

Cat jokes aside, this is an absolutely a valid headcanon and I love this!

I also HC that the Kuai has has a bit of touch aversion before the cyberization. His hands are icy cold so I don't think many people would find it comfortable to touch him 😢

Here's some angsty post-cyberization HC's for you to konsider:

After the cyberization, Kuai feels very weird in his own skin. He'll often run his hand down his arm to feel it without the wires.

Sometimes he'll make ice puddles to check his reflection to see if his human face is still there.

After their peace treaty, Hanzo and Kuai go on missions together. One day after a long battle together, Hanzo puts his hand on Kuai's arm to haul him to his feet. Kuai is so shocked by the contact that he freezes arm in response.

Hanzo is surprised by Kuai's response and assumes it's because they aren't very close. He does his best to avoid touching Kuai after this.

As they spend more time together, Hanzo begins to notice how very little physical contact Kuai has outside fighting. Kuai will rarely be seen accepting hugs and handshakes.

When people like Johnny try to initiate contact with Kuai, Hanzo will often interject with a handshake or distract the person into another conversation. Kuai notices and is extremely grateful.

During their meetings, Kuai starts to brush his fingers against Hanzo's while passing the cups.

Eventually Kuai begins to stand closer and closer to Hanzo as they give lectures to their students.

Hanzo starts to notice that Kuai doesn't mind their arms touching as they walk around the perimeters.

One day after Kuai is injured, Hanzo rushes to him and puts a hand over his forehead. Kuai responds by leaning heavily into the hand and then places his head onto his shoulder. Hanzo holds him for a while before teleporting them away for medical treatment.

From that day, Kuai starts to initiate small gestures to Hanzo. Patting him on the back, gently stroking his arm and when he's feeling bolder...reaching out to tuck a loose strand of Hanzo's hair behind his ear.

Then eventually they kiss and become and couple and this post is waaaay to long now 😂

I love this idea?? I think this goes doubly so for Kuai Liang?

Even with the 'lovers' part taken out of the equation, Kuai would still have had to do some massive emotional upheaval to forgive the murderer of his brother. In Kuai's eyes Hanzo is not only forgiven, but welcomed whole-heartedly into his life. Even after the pain Hanzo had put Kuai through, Hanzo still ends up being Kuai's most trusted person 😭

Basically Kuai is a sweetheart and deserves this loving relationship with his bestie enemy 💕

Let's talk subscorp headcanons tho. I headcanons kuai is great at cooking cause when he was younger he was the one making sure Bi-Han doesn't die and has food to eat and he kind of picked it up. Over the years his other duties took priority but if he has a bit of time he enjoys making his own (and Hanzo's) food. But he can never really make Japanese dishes for hanzo just right much to his frustration (he specializes in Chinese cuisine tho Hanzos assures him his Japanese dishes are delicious).

WHO SENT THIS! ANON YOUR MIND!! Why is this so cute???? 😭

I have so many HC's about cooking! Kuai's love language is cooking for his loved ones 😭 Imagine Hanzo teaching Kuai how to cook Japanese cuisine. And them gently holding the knife together as they cut vegetables 🥺

(I'm sorry I know this was sent a while back but this inspired me so much I wanted to attach art to it! I didn't get a chance to draw any but I'll post it to my main when I do 😉)

Hi guys. I have a question. Imagine that one outworld woman is asking Hanzo a question but she is literally trying to flort with him while Kusi is standing few metters away and hears everything. How would kuai react? 🤔🤔

Oooh good question 🤔 I actually think Kuai would be totally cool with it (pun intended)!

Hanzo is an extremely attractive man, he probably gets hit on alllll the time. Kuai would know that he has nothing to worry about because Hanzo is solely committed to him 💕

I feel like Kuai would probably tease him a little afterward she leaves. Just because of the awkwardness of the situation 👀
