I feel like venting.

I hate that I let the pursuit of work and ambition speed up the decline of my health. all I can do is learn from it moving forward, but I can happily say the majority of inflammation in my body is going down. I can't believe how something so simple can wreak so much havoc in my nervous system. I really didn't realize how sick I've been until now that I'm feeling some relief.
