good morning my loves, I hope everyone is doing well amidst these times as it is getting hard to see the end of this issue. It is taking a lot for me to swallow my pride and ask for donations. One because I feel like a burden, and two I know other organizations and people are in need of funding. I do not require much, just enough for my meds. I suffer from chronic psoriasis, and the pain often becomes intolerable.  Honestly, anything will help me escape this feeling. Thank you for taking your precious time to read this little note. One of my biggest problems was that time of the month.  I used to STAY depleted of iron.  Once I found that out, I began to purchase iron supplements.  They ran right through me.  I knew because my stool was black.  I was just wasting my money.  

Then I began to take Blackstrap Molasses.  My iron levels became normal eventually, but it also healed a type of cramps that I had because of my iron deficiency.  Eventually I found out about chelated minerals, a type of mineral made for people who have trouble absorbing minerals.  But this Blackstrap Molasses is the truth!  I don’t even think you have to worry about it if you are diabetic.  It’s just that good.
