Yoga all weekend. This morning, I attended the #internationaldayofyoga2017 event at the American University of Barbados. The discussion, practice and meditation was led by Nancy Flores. Yesterday evening, I attended the Barbados Association of Endometriosis and PCOS yoga session led by Tami Reilly. I thoroughly enjoyed both events, they brought some needed stress relief for me. Feel free to donate to the BAEP at any time, Endometriosis and PCOS causes stress and pain for many women so support is needed. #yogabarbados #yoga #yogalove
