Miraculous Ladybug S2 will premiere on Netflix, Summer 2017.

Special thing to take notice of. It says only in the USA. So Netflix is now the official network for Miraculous Ladybug only in the USA. Everywhere else you still have your respective channels that aire the show. If they were sharing the rights with Nickelodeon they would include the Nick logo but they aren’t. So this to me is a clear indication that Miraculous Ladybug is officially a Netflix property in the USA and no longer affiliated with Nickelodeon.
