How do I tell my SD I accidentally planned our next meet during that time of the month without it being awkward?

Do you have sex on your meets? If he's expecting sex and that's what you agreed to, then maybe you should reschedule. Or you could go and tell him you want to please him orally only (if that's what you enjoy). You could say something like "I've picked up a few new tricks that I'd like to try out on you" something like that. I know some girls wear sponges, but I'm too much of a pussy to try those. Again, if your meet ups are sex based, then try one of the things I said above, it they're not, then still go and don't worry about it.
