SP! members attended the first ever Philippine JENESYS-Kizuna Alumni Get Together hosted by the National Youth Commission and the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines.

For our fourth anniversary project, feature articles on the trips of our members back to Japan after the JENESYS 2.0 experience were posted over at our official Tumblr account.

Finally, the latest SP! logo that is still in use until today was unveiled.

We shared a booth with UP Manila-OMAKE at Kawaii Philippines' Flea Market where we were able to sell some pre-loved items that included some anime merchandise, clothes, footwear, accessories, magazines, books, and manga.

For our third anniversary, we held a collaboration giveaway event with Arcto Craft Accessories.

And lastly, for the third year in a row, we were once again a media partner for Otaku Asia Magazine. This time for O-kun Fiesta 3.

Our second photo exhibit entitled, "Colors of Love" was showcased as part of UP Manila-OMAKE's "愛祭り: Love Festival" for #OMAKEWeek2016 just in time for Valentine's Day.

We then not only relived Day 1 to Day 10 of our trip through posting of our group photos daily via a throwback in celebration of our 2nd anniversary, but a raffle was also held for the collaboration giveaway event with Rina Rea (SP!xRR).

Lastly, we were once again a media partner for Otaku Asia Magazine, this time for O-kun Fiesta 2.

We were able to showcase a photo exhibit entitled, "春の記憶: Memories of Spring", which was set up during UP Manila-OMAKE's OMAKE week. Photos taken during our JENESYS exchange program, that were put on view at the exhibit, were also posted online on SP!'s social media accounts afterwards.

The month after that, we became an official media partner of Otaku Asia Anime Magazine for O-kun Fiesta 2015. An exhibitor booth was also granted to us. Alongside the photos from the aforementioned exhibit, some illustrations by our very own members, that we were earlier posted online under the #FeatureFriday#FanArtFriday hashtags, were also displayed.

A newer version of the official SP! logo was seen in several publication materials.

After being granted the title of JENESYST for having participated in the JENESYS 2.0 program, we decided to officially launch Sugoi Pilipinas! on several online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, & Tumblr to slowly build up our social media presence.

Our first online project was the introduction of the Japanese writing system and some phrases that are commonly used during conversations. These were accompanied by original character illustrations of some of our very own members.

In the last quarter of the year, the second version of the SP! logo was also unveiled.

The month of March marks not only the arrival of spring, but is reminiscent of the once in a lifetime opportunity of being a part of a cultural exchange program for JENESYS 2.0 Batch 5 - Anime, Manga, and Cosplay.

Join us as we commemorate not only the 10th founding anniversary of Sugoi Pilipinas!, by looking back on all of the activities we've had so far, but also the celebration of a decade-worth of friendship.
