Celebrating the release of Living With The Fall by doing a spot of bilberry picking. 😍 It’s a great year for them. I love just eating them by themselves but they make great pie and jam. In the UK they mostly grow up where you’d find heather. Be warned that you will end up converted in juice (in the hand picture I’ve only picked about 20).

Bought 'The Glass House' last night off Amazon and read it all in one sitting. It was WONDERFUL! I wanted to thank you for that, as well as ask- do you know when you might be publishing 'All Cats Are Grey' (just so I know when to look for it)?

All Cats Are Grey is unlikely to be my next release--it’s currently on the back burner, but I do hope to finish it sometime this year.

The Eshima Ohashi bridge in Japan is so vertiginous that ships can pass underneath it.

It looks as though it should serve as a speed ramp connecting Mario Circuit with Rainbow Road, but in fact connects the cities of Matsue and Sakaiminato, spanning a mile across Lake Nakaumi.

It has a gradient of 6.1 per cent on the Shimane Prefecture side and 5.1 per cent on the Tottori Prefecture side, making it appear like the apex of a rollercoaster.
