The Beginning - February 16th
I need to change my life.
My behavior and appearance don't reflect me - my identity. I am sick of it. Summer is coming up and I don't want to spend it anxious and depressed again. I'm done. I will be perfect for summer.
There are a couple things I have in mind for my glow up ? I don't love that word but whatever, it works.
If you care, follow along. If you want to change your life as well: I will document everything here. It will not always be easy but I'm prepared to sacrifice some things for my dream life. You have to have the big picture in mind otherwise you will lose sight of why you're doing it.
I will work on the following things:
Diet, Exercise, Style, Hair, Books, Movies, Studies, and Outings.
I want to have fun but still get stuff done.
I will follow a diet and exercise plan to become more confident and comfortable in my body - if you look good, you'll feel good.
I will work on keeping up with my skincare better, especially now that the UV is growing once again our skin needs more care.
I will get rid of clothes that don't suit me or I don't like and get clothes that are more my style.
I will study better and more efficiently, my dream life is not cheap and a degree is the first step to achieve it.
I will read more again and watch more movies and be less on my phone. Honestly I can feel my brain shrinking when I'm doom scrolling on tiktok and instagram. I hate it. I want to stop.
I will do more fun things outside my home. Seeing friends is important but I don't just want to stay at one of our houses everytime - that gets old real quick.
Living like I live in #theoc is the goal i guess.
