Alright. I’m being good and saving money so I can spend it all on Ariat paddock boots and half chaps.
I don’t need tall boots. Ariat doesn’t make a boot that will fit my calves… and Ariat is the most comfortable thing I’ve ever walked on…
Now do I hop on the brown boot bandwagon or no?
Dover is having a pretty solid closeout sale right now so you might be able to get some tall boots for as much as boots and chaps
I’ll check it out. I have gigantic calves though :/
Girl, me too. I have size 7 feet and giant calves. Ariats are the only ones to really fit. Mountain Horse extra wide fit decently enough
I have big calves too paired with short legs (and a wide foot) and my Ariat Heritages were the only tall boot I could find that fit me.
edit: also as far as half chaps, Ariat didn’t fit me at all. I had to get Ovations that were basically custom and they weren’t that expensive I think, like $100? And they were really nice. I stopped using them when I got my heritages but they don’t show any signs of wear anywhere
I have brown Ariat paddock boots and half chaps, it was about $200 for both. I love them, though!
