going to be using this as a resource blog for my characters elsewhere while I figure out if I even want to write at all anymore. genuinely what I wish people would understand is that people don’t just know that they are treated differently on social media— they can see it. and to be repeatedly gaslit by people who claim kindness etc but then turn around and make others feel less than… on multiple platforms…

well; it’s fuckery, is what it is. and I don’t like fuckery, that seems to be the problem. I don’t put up and shut up about a lot of toxic socially normalized things online. I expect people to be real, I expect that when someone says something as simple as ”I like your writing” that I can take them at their word and I won’t be someone they treat as easily replaced— or someone they can force into storylines and things they don’t want— and yet original character or canon— it always seems to happen. and then I call it out, and I’m gaslit about it by people who just plain don’t want to admit their part in it. social media is visual, people. what, my eyes are making things up?

its exhausting. how hard is it to be real? how hard is it to show basic human decency instead of force your way onto others?
