I love love love fics that explore post-canon KabuMisu and lifespan angst and this fic just delivered everything i need beautifully. There is another scene i want to make a fanart for hehe. I’m afraid this fanart couldn’t do this fic justice 😭😭

Happy birthday, my muse.

I started Tumblr again after 5 years of hiatus because of KabuMisu. I started painting again because of Mithrun. I think Mithrun almost single-handedly carried my painting skill improvement. I drew/painted him so much, including full illust, doodles, practices, i lost count of how many pieces i have of him. He’s my comfort char in every meaning and i still enjoy painting him the most.

This piece of fairy Kabru and Mithrun took me almost 15 painstaking hours, but I’m glad i managed to finish it time for his birthday 🫰🏼🫰🏼 hope you enjoy this too!

Also we all know how fairies are created… last time i read a fic that the Canaries had to give Mithrun a Kabru-shaped fairy so he stops letting it die and i really liked the idea

So in my post-canon AU book, since Falin woke up on 27/4, Mithrun went back to the Central Continent for a few weeks to make a final report to the queen before officially settling down in Melini.
