  We started the Sunflower Project to help people from Ukraine who seek sanctuary in Australia and those families still in Ukraine's war zone. We sell coffee mugs and transfer the profits from the sales to help Ukrainian families directly and via fundraising platforms set up to provide shelter, food and water to Ukrainian refugees. Our work is transparent; a complete account of where the money goes is posted on our social media pages. We sell only high-quality mugs and other merchandise designed by Ukrainian designers.

Our website has been launched

Finally! Our website is up and running today. So far, there are only six mugs on sale, but we have begun!

A bit about us and the project:

We are a small marketing agency based in Adelaide, South Australia, who love to work. We love our families and our children. But, after the 24th of February, when Ukraine was subjected to an unprovoked invasion by Russia, we started meeting refugees from Ukraine who had begun to arrive in Adelaide.

After meeting them and listening to their stories about the terrifying explosions, how they were forced to hide in the subway and basements, and how they had to flee from the war, we thought of only one thing. How can we help those who sought sanctuary in Adelaide and those families still in Ukraine?

We are not a charity; we are simply a small family business. But we decided we wanted to help, so we created the Sunflower Project. Our motto is ‘Wear Sunflowers for Ukraine’ as the sunflower is Ukraine’s national symbol.

We design, make and sell personalised coffee mugs and other merchandise and transfer the profits from the sales to help Ukrainian families directly and via the charity organisations set up to provide shelter, food and water to Ukrainian refugees.

The profit from every item you buy to support our Sunflower Project will help Ukrainian families and children.
