They're crying because the show is BAD and Disney decided to make him bi at the last second to try to earn some social brownie points; not because they actually care about queer people or about making Obi Wans story interesting. They literally just want money and this was the easiest way to get people who don't care about Star Wars to talk about it

I don't even understand why you brought up the books, were those books out before Disney bought Star Wars and made all the books non Canon? If they weren't then that means they were paid for by Disney and yeah of course the books gonna line up with the new canon they had planned for the show. I didn't mean it was a last minute decision as like a reaction to backlash or something, I mean they purposefully put it in the latter half of the show to try and minimize what outrage there could have been like what happened with Legend of Korra. Which would only prove they don't care about the issue at hand and just wanted it in their show to drum up controversy (not that I would expect you to understand that lmao). Also the only YouTuber here I've ever watched any videos of was HeelVsBabyFace, I was just protesting the fact that the people in these notes are claiming they're just crying about him being bi when that is most likely not what the videos are actually about

I brought up a book, which is called Padawan,that was published few days ago. Its only a mention that Obi-Wan maybe wouldnt mind kissing someone, but also maybe he doesnt want kiss anyone. Its hinted he has no gender preference, but also hinted that he is probably on the aro or/and ace spectrum. These youtubers saw it and starting making vids about how "woke politics" and etc making Obi-Wan bi, when he was cleary straight for them, and that the writer is ruining SW for them, and Disney ruining it too.
Now you clearly dont make any sense, because in the series it was NEVER hinted Obi-Wan would be attracted to men.
