Being sick is no fun! Here are some things that littles do while sick.
🍼Grabby hands times five
🍼Loud whining cause feeling icky
🍼Wanting to cuddle but is too hot
🍼Refusing to drink water cause throat hurts too much
🍼Crying because feelings icky/gross/tired
🍼No sleeping
🍼A LOT of sleeping
🍼Wanting kisses but doesn’t want to get their mommy/daddy/caregiver sick
🍼HATING being out in public cause just wants to watch cartoons, cuddle stuffie and lay in bed.
🍼Be cranky
🍼Pretending to be okay to get sweets/kisses
🍼Even more whining
🍼Not leaving bed
🍼Long eye rubs while whining
🍼Falling asleep in random places
🍼Not finishing their drink/food/snack

🌻An adventure to a lake, river, pond to watch the sunset

🌻Picnics in your favourite outfits
🌻Simple and easy arts and crafts outdoors
🌻Tea party with your stuffies and caregiver
🌻Colouring in the sun
🌻Go to the park/playground
🌻Go fruit or blackberry picking and bake (with caregiver supervision)
🌻Go to an animal shelter and take the dogs out for a walk
🌻Go to the Aquarium/Sea world
🌻Trip to the Zoo
🌻Lay down in the grass and watch the clouds go by
🌻Go bird watching
🌻Trip to the Museum

Discreet Little Things
*paint your nails pretty colors. (You can even paint your toenails if you’re uncomfortable with painting your fingernails.)
*Cuddle with stuffies. (Believe it or not, lots of adults have stuffed animals.)
*Color. (Yes adults can color too)
*Wear soft/fuzzy things.
*Watch Disney movies. (Lots of adults enjoy these movies too)
*Listen to music that makes you feel little with your headphones in.
*Roleplay over text with your caregiver. (This helps me a lot since I don’t have a caregiver in real life.)
*Look at/wear cute outfits.
*Play games in your phone. (No one cares what games you play on your phone.)
*Take a nap (Big me needs this too.)
*Finger paint. (If anyone actually said anything, you could say you’re practicing a new skill.)
*Play with bath toys. (Just lock the door if you think someone will walk in.)
*Play with stim toys (Lots of people use these regardless of age.)
*Eat yummy snacks
*Drink from Gatorade Bottles (the ones that have sort of nips)
*Watch stim videos
*Watch tutorials
*Play with make up
*Put stars on your ceiling (They look cool whether you feel little or not.)
*Doodle
*Read a book that makes you feel little. (Even if it’s just on your phone so no one can see.)
*Make a list to remind you about self care tasks you need to preform.
*Make a chore list
*Eat ring pops (they remind me of pacis)
*Baby Bottle pops?
*Play on a swing set ( I do this even if I don’t feel little.
*(For people with longer hair) Put your hair in pig tails or cute braids.
*Scroll through little space blogs
*Look at toys (Online or in stores)
*Pretend you have a mental link to your stuffies! (That way you can always talk to them even when you can out loud)

Tried 'being little' (idk how to word it) for the first time. Ate some sugar pazeles in bed, wore my transformers jacket, bread stuffie, watched CookieSwirl C and old Betty Boop cartoons. I don't feel fully little but I think it's a start. I feel like I regress to about 6-7 years?? Def not as little to talk like a baby or have a Paci. I'm still nervous and embarrassed. Probs why I'm trying it at 12:00 at night. I'm worried since I don't have a CG and I've never done this before. Idk how long 'little spaces' are supposed to last, so doing it late means I can use sleeping as a 'reset'?? Overall I feel tired and kinda nice.
