Mochi 7/∞ : Like father and son ♥

Henry was so adorably clueless about army life when he entered the training facility, pulling along his suitcase and grinning brightly. The other recruits try to stifle their laughter at his childish antics and naïveté, and he has been rebuked repeatedly by the trainers for smiling (!) or playing around.

Gunhyung, being the eldest recruit and having already served his military service, has taken Henry under his wing, teaching him, encouraging him, and trying to keep him out of trouble (difficult). Like a caring father, he has quietly supported Henry in lots of little ways, making the culture shock of army life a little more bearable.

There are so many things to love about Henry: his seemingly endless optimism, his friendliness, his infectious smile, his kindness, his cheerfulness… But his bright personality doesn’t adapt easily to strict military life, and though he bounces back quickly from being scolded so often, it’s heartwarming to know that Gunhyung is looking after him so lovingly. ☆
