I firmly believe that every pet owner should look in to getting an emergency evacuation kit. It can literally just contain an extra harness and leash for your pup with a doggy bag of food, or for reptile owners, a small crate for the beardie, a pillow case per snake, etc. That way in case of a fire, flood, or other type of emergency you can run to them, grab them out of their cages and secure them all quickly and efficiently.

i don’t mean to call anyone out but i see “flat earth” memes are gaining traction as i keep seeing them all over my dash yesterday and today from multiple people, which is super worrisome.

even if you don’t believe in that conspiracy theory, PLEASE be aware that it is extremely anti-semitic and words used by proponents of the flat earth theory such as “globeheads” “globalists” etc are terms specifically aimed at jewish people.

on that note - most major conspiracy theories are anti-semitic at their roots with their biggest “theorists” often spewing nazi ideology and supporting white supremacy. these theories all essentially come down to the idea that jews control the world, the banks, the media, etc, and thus are using these institutions they supposedly control to hide the supposed “truth” of these conspiracy theories from the world, in turn victimizing the people supposedly being lied to (AKA white christians).

hey! im leyla and i’m a 16 year old trans muslim of color who recently gained a LOT of weight! due to part of my intersex condition, it’s been really hard for me to lose weight. because i’ve gained so much weight recently, i’ve been unable to use my binder. my binder no longer fits me at all. 

this is a really big problem for me, because when i’m unable to bind, i experience a LOT of gender dysphoria, which is hard for me due to all these other intersections of identity that i have, which are sometimes hard to deal with! dysphoria really makes me feel horrible, and so i try to avoid being in dysphoria-inducing situations as much as possible.
