1 ❤ : Às vezes o desanimo decorrente a alimentação pode ser falta de vitamina D, tome 20-30 minutos de sol por dia pra ter mais energia.
2 ❤ : Dietas líquidas perdem quase o dobro do que uma dieta sólida, mesmo com a mesma quantidade de caloria.
3 ❤ : Quando se sentir mal, com muita fraqueza, coloque sal embaixo da língua. Pode ser só a pressão muito baixa!
