My ass is seriously gigantic.
Fail 🐳! I knew today was going to be tough because I've been sick and definitely didn't eat enough preworkout because my stomach wasn't feeling well. Then I got to the gym and saw my last set was 150lbs which is over 90% of my 1 rep max. 😳 The second I took it down I knew this would be a struggle. 🙈 But that's how it goes sometimes! It ain't no thang. 🤷🏼♀️ I'm digging my new squat shoes though! They weren't the exact pair I wanted but Reebok was closing their location and I got em for $50! We went to a powerlifting gym in Arcadia just to check it out and it turned out to be their grand opening! 💪🏼 They have a powerlifting team that competes with the USPA which is my federation from back in the day so that is perfect! Can't wait to get skrong. 😉#powerlifting

Having the most fabulous Saturday! First did a fantastic 1 hour Oly lifting class, then some heavy deadlifts and hip thrusts that left me walking funny, followed by delicious WaBa grill and some sunshine and beer time!
