ok I’m an 18 year old girl and I find my back hurting sometimes from the stress of everyday life.

but I found something, that really helps. 

something you can do yourself, without having to spend any money!

take a tennis ball/basketball, any small spherical object and do this

against a wall, move your back in circular motions around points of tension.

it feels good and can really de-stress a person.
