What is the most difficult Runescape quest that you've finished without using a guide?

An oddly specific question, but my RuneScape memories are spotty at best, haha

The problem wasn’t so much about the quests, but it was the language barrier. I barely knew any English when I played it back in the day so everything was moderately difficult. That being said, I think I cleared some of the easier starting quests in Lumbridge without a guide, but that’s about it.
