Ok guys, I have this midam fic idea. Kinda stupid, but 🤷‍♀️.

It’s kinda a crossover with the show House and maybe criminal minds, if you want.

So, this is post-canon. After Chuck killed Michael, and everyone else one earth came back when Jack kills Chuck. So obviously Adam’s alone now. Shit is very bad for him, he’s supposed to be technically dead/missing for 10 years. And he just magically shows up one day in society, also without his buffer— Michael.

He… you know, is rightfully miserable considering he’s grieving Michael and has to figure out how to live without him. How to do everything over again, pay bills, tell the police he’s alive and not dead. Get his identity back n shit. Make up a story on why he was missing for 10 years and make it believable. Also convince the police that he didn’t murder his mother and just run away. You know, regular stuff. (You could give him an uncle that works in the FBI, from his moms side, that helped him out a bit with this process. This is where you would plug in the criminal mind’s crossover, but yk, it’s kinda minimal. I personally wanna choose Hotch, cuz why not?).

Anyways, and then he meets House during a mandatory hospital visit or smth. We can work out the details later guys!

House would be the kind of guy to see Adam— a traumatized young lookin guy, who went missing after his mom was found murdered (seriously, the insinuation of THAT is wild), who also wants to be a doctor one day—And think he’s interesting enough. Actually, so interesting, that he hires him as an assistant or something on the spot. And since Adam is broke cuz he’s been missing for years, he takes this offer on the spot as well. Doesn’t matter if House is an ass, he dealt with Michael and Lucifer in the cage bickering and using him as a verbal punching bag for 1000 years (only at first for Michael, they make up later on), House is like a breath of fresh air to him actually. He’s very amused at his attempts of trying to get info from him.

Then House maybe trains him to be his protégée, later. During all of this though, House continuously bugs the hell out of Adam about the story behind him missing for 10 years, and what ACTUALLY happened that’s not in the police report.

Admit it guys, this is the kind of puzzle/drama House would be salivating over. He’s totally jump on it and never let go!

Also, midam can be used in this fic. Platonicly or romantically. I’d go with romantically, it makes Adam more miserable and interesting for House. (Whenever Adam talks about him, bro would totally roll his eyes and say stockholm syndrome or something).

Y’all know what pmo? When I see a spn edit on tt and the Winchesters childhood and John comes up and surprisingly, so does Adam. Cuz y’all forget him most of the time, and only remember him to hate on the KID, at the time. To make Sam and Dean more idk, traumatized-y by john. Like come onnn 😩

We get it, Sam and Dean are meow meows and John is an asshole. But you ain’t got to drag Adam in to the whole, “Sam and Dean had it worse cuz John was an ass, and Adam had it better cuz John tried to be an actual dad to Adam. Also what? Like did we watch the same show? All the happy little things that Adam said in “jump the shark” (I think that’s what the episode was) wasn’t really true because it wasn’t Adam saying it, it was the ghoul that ate him AND his mom. And the ghoul was trying to manipulate Sam and Dean, so who know whatever it said wasn’t a total lie? Or Yk, a lie with a tenth of truth.

Like our actual Adam Milligan (I also hate when people use the Winchesters last name when talking about Adam. And saying he’s a Winchesters. Cuz he’s not, and that’s okay, he can be both. More Milligan tho. Like bro would never willingly give up his Milligan last name, it’s the only thing he has left of his mother to hold on to) was johns number one hater.

Adam literally called John a stranger who visited once a year for his birthdays after he turned 12. A stranger people! One that showed up once a year to play house and made shit awkward and depressing after he left, again and again.

Also, take this from Adam’s prospective. He didn’t know Sam and Dean existed, or marry. That his mom was a kinda replacement for her. And John had a whole ass secret life they didn’t know about. He thought bro was a mechanic for fucks sake. Imagine dying (being eaten alive) to wake up to being fed bullshit by angels (who are logically more trustworthy than a bunch of suspicious men saying they are your brothers) and then used as a pawn to get his half brother to say yes. That’s sucks ass.

Guys, do you think Adam and the other 2 (maybe 3 with Lucifer) archangels would be besties post cannon?

Like Adam and Michael are already like a married couple. So he’s already got one down.

Personally I think Adam’s first meeting with Raphael and Gabe would be rocky for obvious reasons, but then they become great friends. To the point even Michael is jealous of them.

And their friendship only actually happens because Adam is like the only being that treats them normally. Like their actual people(archangels) instead of eldrich entity’s that should be feared.

And no one has ever done that for them. Not even their fellow angel siblings. They are the highest and most dangerous weapon heaven has. And with that, the power, responsibility, and burdens of the job has left them above everything else. So there’s no room for actual genuine friendship.

Like even with Gabriel, the winchesters were kinda “friends” with him. But not the same way Adam and him could be. Like at their core, TFW feared Gabriel in a sense. I mean he is an archangel, they would be fools if they didn’t.

They knew he could kill them anytime he wished. He has repeatedly showed them his powers already. (Like the repeating Tuesday). So yeah, they weren’t really “friends”, so to say. Because at the end of the day, they wouldn’t trust him as far as they could throw him. Which isn’t much. If at all. And trust is a needed basic component in any kind of relationship.

And we don’t even have to start with Raphael, that mf ain’t got no friends, that’s for sure😭🤞.

And now we get to Adam, bro has lived with the archangel MICHAEL for like 1,000 years or 50,000. Pick one. He is so used to the archangel bullshit, it’s not even funny. 😞 And he’s like idk, the second or something oldest human, so bro is just chilling with anything after being with MICHAEL; IN A CAGE. For years.

So he’s used to super mega powerful being that doesn’t have human limitations.

So to him, Gabe and Raphael are just his boyfriends brothers. And just that.

He treats them like normal people, talk to em like normal people, and just acts like nothing bothers him. Like they don’t scare him. (They don’t, Michael’s protective ass ain’t letting nobody touch his human 💀)

So of course these lonely ass, sad ass archangels are like, “hmm, interesting. I now see what Michael saw in you”, and are like, “lemme give this a chance, he genuinely ain’t scared of me”. Cuz for once, someone isn’t.

They’re being treated normally, like normal people with their own issues and troubles. And this is exactly what they need after the whole, god just using them like replaceable toys in his story. THAT DOESN’T EVEN REVOLVE AROUND THEM, HIS FREAKING CHILDREN.

So yeah, a sense of normalcy is needed. And Adam is happy to provide it. Bro is literally the kindest person on earth, bro’s been dealing with Michaels troubled, protective, first nepo baby, and just-say-the-word-and-I’ll-eradicate-the-entire-universe-if-it-so- -much-as-bothers-you ass. To have the patience for that, bro has my respect ✊.

Also they would get along just fine too. Great even.

Adam has this side of quiet, melancholy, wise, and understanding to him, that developed in the cage. And this pair well with Raphael’s character, so they chilling having a cup of tea and biscuits while reading medical books on a sunny afternoon; basking in the company and just peace and quiet.

Adam also has this unhinged side that also developed in the cage, cuz Yk. Humans aren’t meant to live this long, so he’s just here and doesn’t give a flying fuck on a rolling donut anymore. Pairs well with Gabriel’s trickster ass self.

So they definitely ganging up on TFW, and pulling the craziest, meanest, and funniest pranks on them knows to man and; archangel apparently. 😩

This is also fueled by Adam’s dislike for the Winchesters. Cuz Yk, they left him in the cage. Some family they are. 🤷‍♀️ All in all, they become an unstoppable duo.

Y’all, I have this midam fic idea I wanna write. Like a CEO au with like a bunch of characters and I don’t know where to start. I don’t wanna miss-characterize any of the characters. But I wanna sooo bad. And I don’t know the first thing about how company’s fuckin work. Idk what to do, I wanna contribute to my fellow midam community. Especially now since I’ve got the inspiration and energy to do it. And time since it’s winter break. I wanna make it into a long chaptered one too. Y’all, do u ever think about Adam meeting Mary? Like that.. would be a shit show-to say the least. I just have this idea in my head that Adam would see Mary with the full explanation from TFW or Michael, that she is Johns first and only wife and go “huh, she kinda looks like my mom”. And it would take a few seconds of silence from Michael side of the bond, for him to think further and register that, oh shit. That was probably a comment and realization for John too. Only the other way around. That HIS mother looks like Mary to John. And that HIS mother was a replacement, that HIS mother was a stand-in for Mary. And that she was being used in a way by John. And wow, is that a realization that that would invoke many different emotions and thoughts in his head, or what people?

popping back in to say i do maintain that after 15x19 when adam comes back he does eventually go on to become a paramedic. he was going into the medical field pre-hell anyway and i think he'd stick with that. and michael being the patron saint of paramedics is just an extra cherry on top

So guys, is it just me or midam has gotten a bit more noticed nowadays? Like I see them mentioned in more TikTok’s posts, with decent amount of likes. Even some more edits of them, well- more that just the few rare ones I saw. It might be just me, idk. 🤷‍♀️ I feel like the spn fandom knew of their existence, albeit it being like 1/8 of the fandom, but who’s counting. Now tho, I feel like most of the fandom does. And their included sometimes too! I remember the good old days tho, 👵. Where I would elegantly jump up into the air squealing when I even smelt midam mentioned in tiktok, or just the characters separately. Without it just hatin on the characters. Thinkin bout Adam and how much of a fascinating character he is. I mean, every time I’m thinking about it I’m just awed. Like how did my man go to hell with 2 archangels, one who was the literal devil, and the other a emotionally detached soldier of god. Who were the reason he got into that mess in the first place. And come out friends(gay married) to one of the archangel(Michael). He became more patient, kind, emphatic, and overall someone who you wouldn’t think went to hell at all. He not only managed to hold on to his sanity, but managed to extend his kindness and humanity to Michael. The person who objectively got him into hell. He forgave him and befriended him, in the deepest pit of HELL. Made the best of a bad situation. Not only did he befriend this wavelengths of concentrated celestial intent, he taught him about humanity and made him reconsider his ways. Leave heaven for him, walk off the chess board for him when he wouldn’t even for his brothers. That’s some MC character shit. Anyways moral of the day, Adam overcame hell with his friend and still found a way to hold on to his sanity and kindness. To be patient and understanding, even to to the brothers that abandoned him in hell. That probably is a quality he got from Kate. Which is a whole other can of worms I might get into another time. He is so main character coded. And I’m rambling, whateva. Let me know what y’all think, this is my first long ass post.
