Chocolate For Valentine’s day.

黑巧克力冰淇淋.  Dark Chocolate Ice cream.

Ingredient

-Milk 180 ml. -Granulated sugar 60 g. -1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder -Whipping cream 120 g. -2 egg yolks -Dark chocolate 60 g. -1 tablespoon sugar

How to

1. Add egg yolks with Granulated sugar until pale 2. Boil milk in simmer, then cooled to 60 degrees, at times slowly whisk into the egg yolk completely. 3. sieved to gather, back pot, a small fire and cook, stirring. 4. Cook the egg yolk thickens off the heat immediately after the pot to move elsewhere. 5. sugar 1 tablespoon, cocoa powder mixed with cooked stir, then mixing it to gather. 6. The temperature is lowered to 60 degrees, etc. when placed in the chocolate, mix until chocolate is completely melted.

Soft Cream made form milk and other appetizer. In Japan, Soft cream is very pure and delicious. It is good to test when we travel at Japan.

I had ever gone to Japan for 15 days since Aug,2015. That time is summer which hot and rainy for Japan. In first day i arrive at Japan. The first country we start travel is Osaka which is Dotonbori  and Sentagaya. This street is very long and far. It is market street which Ether side is stores. We found Ramen shop, Yakata shop etc. A first Soft cream was found in this street. We call them “Macha soft cream”. I can test and smell real green tea as same as milk what a main ingredient. Cream is smooth and soft. I really like soft cream.

I have more picture of soft cream that i test in Japan. I think may be 5 soft cream that i eat. I will show you more in the next time.
