I’ve been stretching a ligament stretch and a hairline in the ankle last week. Since then I have to wear the Aircast rail.

The track stabilizes the injured joint and the ligaments very well, so I have little pain when walking. In addition, the hard plastic protects against collisions and a further injury. The rail is easy to put on and can be adjusted flexibly thanks to the velcro straps, as well as easy cleaning with water and a little soap.

The only drawback: at the side of the foot I have a bubble through the hard plastic, but also one can withstand ...

Of course you can not use the rail to make a mess but in the case of an injury, where you need such a rail, you might not want to wear it for the duration of wearing it, and you can rely on comfortable shoes such as Converse in which you can get the rail without effort can carry;)
