Imagine going to bed 100% and waking up with the worst pain you’ve ever felt. Imagine being able to flip like a gymnast, dance like a pro, and train like a beast. Imagine being 33 years old and unable to lift yourself out of bed. This brought me to tears and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I had to phone a friend at 3:30am on Thanksgiving morning to help me get out of bed so I could go to the ER. Now, I’m pretty tough and probably the most active person you know but this sharp pain in my neck was unbearable. I mean I ain’t never been stabbed in the neck but I’m sure this is how it felt. I’m so thankful for JDs quick response and patience with me as I sobbed like a baby. I got to the ER and they did a CT scan and this is what they found. FINDINGS: Bones/ioints: There is multilevel bilateral degenerative disc disease and facet osteoarthritis. There is mild spinal stenosis secondary to degenerative changes. Anyone else out there dealing with the same thing? Suggestions? (at Vestavia Hills, Alabama) https://www.instagram.com/p/ClYxcpUrZkNc7Egl_1wU-egQG8S_SJQ1Z1VIek0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
