He chuckled at her saying she did in fact know who he was,”Well This may be true, but it’s not like everyone knows who I am…then again the Mole-man that does in fact live under a rock knows me…”,he said with a sigh but smiled back when he heard her name,”Skye? I like that, it fits you I think so at least.”, he said as he took a seat closer by,”Oh here? It’s my favorite Coffee shop and it servers donuts, you wouldn’t believe this, but even Captian America comes to this Coffee shop form time to time.”, he said just brings up other things. He knew girls didn’t always want to hear some guy talk just about himself, even though he was a super interesting guy. Though she was asking questing about him,”Well there isn’t anything out there so far, but you know me, I got an app that tells me any bad news and where I need to bed”, he chuckled

Though he was always happy to talk about himself, he thought this girl might be a lot more interesting then he already was guessing her ot be,”You have a great smile by the way, but tell me, what is it you do that keep you looking great and have so much fun?”, he said smiling at her just enjoying this simple life moments.

"Of course it fits me, I picked it out myself." She wouldn’t dare he mentioned her real name, Mary Sue Poots. That was completely ridiculous and just so not attractive. Watching him a moment, she smirked at the mention of Captain America.

"I’ve met him. Really good guy." She remember the memorabilia Howling Commandos book, hidden under her matress in her bunk for Coulson’s birthday that year, signed by the famous Captain. "He signed a book for my dad. I still need to give it to him."

Stirring her coffee gently, she looked out the window a moment at his question. “I’m not all that amazing. I’m really super boring. I work with computers mostly.” It really had to be the most boring job of all time. Except with the usual SHIELD perks, but she didn’t know if Johnny was privy to that kind of information.

"Oh you did now? I'm interested on hearing the back story for this. You picking your own name, must be nice.", he said thinking about his name and how he didn't really ever think about it. It's just that he took his name his parents gave him and has enjoyed it ever since. Though to hear her story might help him get a understand a lot of different things.

"Oh you have now? That's good, because he is great guy. Him and Myself are to going motorcycle riding sometime, not sure when but some time", The idea of just two heros having a normal motorcycle ride made him happy, to kinda enjoy things, and really get a grasp on what it was like to just live for a moment.

He chuckled,"Well Skye, you seem amazing enough for me to want to be firends, and well to get to know you more if I am able to.", he said showing that big smile of his that really showed how happy he was and how full of enegry he always was,"If you're interested, I could show you Baxter building, it's an awesome place, and I'm glad I live there.", he said figuring she migh tbe interested in something like that.

after that he thought he saw the S.H.I.E.L.D Logo on her screen of her tablet,. but wasn’t sure. Though it would kinda give the reason why he had a weird feeling she wasn’t a normal everyday girl. Though he would let her explain it, he wasn’t going to bring it up unless she did.

"Yeah, I know you do. Anyone who doesn’t live under a rock knows who you are." Sipping her coffee, she watched him for a moment in silence. He wasn’t the worst looking guy she had ever seen, but she also knew he probably wasn’t quite her type. When he asked her name, offered his hand to shake, she shook it and offered a soft smile. "Skye. The name’s Skye."

Putting her tablet back into her purse, she waved at the seat across from her. “What brings you here on this nice day?” She knew that Coulson was probably somewhere worried as hell over her, but she’d be fine. She was with a superhero after all. “Shouldn’t you be out… Oh, I don’t know, saving children somewhere?” She couldn’t help but laugh a moment at her own, horrible joke.

Of course. The warrior bit back a sigh. It had to be Galactus. Not Fenrir or Surtur, no. It had to be this… this monstrosity. Just Fenrir. Just Surtur. Nope. Just Galactus. The eater of worlds. That was all. Hogun had heard about the looming figure on the other side of the pillar. Or course he had. An enemy of that size and strength did not simply happen. And even if it did, there was no chance in the nine realms that he would not be heard of across the universe.

"Oh. Well, good to know!" She ducked to the side again, dodging out of another falling piece of debris and sighing. Seriously. Looking at this guy, she was starting to actually miss Magneto. "As long as I’m not out of my league."

Dakota nodded as Fandral gave orders. It was nice to have someone with something resembling a “How to Fight a Cosmic World-Eater” plan, and she was feeling pretty partial to any plan that involved the words “plasma cannons.”

Natasha’s gaze went to Fandral as he spoke. She could taste the dust and the debris in the air, could feel it settling on her skin, a sensation that over her life had become strangely familiar. She nodded briefly and turned for an instant to Bucky, feeling him lightly press his shoulder against hers. ”Don’t do anything idiotic.” She murmured with a slight smile, knowing he would read the underlying I love you.

"Make sure you have fun." He returned, another unspoken affirmation beneath the words as she ducked out from where they’d ended up and followed where she could see Sif heading.

Bucky watched for a final instant as Natasha disappeared before glancing back to the rest of the group. He caught Steve’s gaze across the open area, seeing the look on his face, one that he’d seen before and he nodded briefly.

'Please don't die'. That had been a look exchanged far too often across the years and it rang true still. His nod was an answer, a reply that he knew, knew that Steve would get. 'You either, punk.'

He took a deep breath, taking in the destruction around them, looking at the way that parts of the walls were still crumbling, mapping out the quickest route to the training grounds and to the walls that wouldn’t finish with him beneath the rubble. The decision took split seconds.

Johnny heard his orders. Though he wanted to stick around and fight he knew he had to do as he was told. He flew off with the group to where ever they were headed. Johnny almost felt like Reed or someone had said something about this big purple guy before. Though nothing was coming to mind, and he didn't know why. Though once he was told to turn bakc to nor he sighed,"Ok of course", he said landing and running with them.

Though he figured some one that big wouldn't be able to stop him if he went Super Nova. Though the problem would be he might destroy a lot of the building and and some of the realm in doing so,"I...I think I might have a way to really end this quickly", Johnny said out loud to the others as he ran along side them. It was a going to be rough to kinda take the idea in, but he knew that this gaint might not be able to hand something the power of the sun.

It was another great day for Johnny to just go to the coffee shop and enjoy a hot cup of HEAVILY sugered coffee. He pulled up to the coffee shop on his motorcycle and took off his helmet. After he walked in with a smile on his face. he winked at the girl taking order as he came up,”Hello hello, You already know what I want right? the Storm specail, hahaha.”, the girl giggled and nodded assuring him. He always got his Coffee and a Maple Bar. It’s just what he got every time when he came to the coffee shop. Once he paid he walked over to where this girl known as Skye was sitting and sat at the table next to hers.

He took out his phone that had him teams logo on it. He was just checking news and twitter and stuff. When he glanced of at the girl just looking at her for a moment. He then smirked as he went back to looking at his phone. He thought she was a pretty cute girl, but he figured he’d wait to get his coffee and donut before he said hello or anyhting. Though he would look at her from time to time. something about her was different, like she wasn’t the normal everyday girl.

Skye would have been dumb not to notice the man across from her that kept glancing at her every chance he got. Continuing to look at her tablet, she decided to do a bit of fact checking. She knew enough, and he seemed familiar to her, even if they had never met. Bouncing her foot on the floor of the cafe, she found what she was looking for. Johnny Storm. One of the Fantastic Four. Interesting. Looking up, she smirked and said one of the only one liners she could think of.

"Take a picture, it’ll last longer." She knew that Coulson probably wouldn’t approve of the idea of her flirting with someone who might as well be a complete stranger. Skye was happy to be off the BUS for a while, happy to be in a normal coffee shop, with normal people, sipping on what was probably the best caramel macchiato she had ever had. Smiling to herself, she took out her tablet and started skimming through old photos, deciding which ones to keep and which to delete. Looking out across the street, she didn’t realize how nice it might be to be around normal people again.

Don’t get her wrong, of course. SHIELD was the only family she ever knew, was the only place for her. She’d never let it go for anything, but everyone needs a vacation. She shifted in the seat a little and shrugged off her jacket, putting her tablet down and letting her mind drift. There was no telling what would have been her life if AC and his team hadn’t picked her up, taken her in.

Johnny settled in and smiled as he buckled himself in. He then sat back kicked up his legs and smiled,”I’m feelings great, and super excited to see this place you’re want to show me. Then agian I’m just excited do have such an amazing night”, he said with a huge smile on his face. He wasn’t going to pull out his phone or anyhting, but with a pair like them, they would surely attract a crowd wanting to know thet relationship status or feeling of any sort.

Both Johnny and Janet had themselves in the celebrity spot light a lot of the time,”Maybe later we can surprise a few fans let them take a seat with us at the Big Time table?”, he said just kinda throwing out ideas,”But I must say I don’t know, with the way you’re looking tonight I might have to keep you for myself”, he smirked with a cheeky input, being a flirt as always.

Janet raised an eyebrow at Johnny’s entrance and shoved her phone into her purse. “It’s good to see you, too, Johnny.” She laughed at his enthusiasm. “You sound like you haven’t gotten out of the house in over a week.” If he used ‘great,’ ‘excited,’ ‘super excited,’ and ‘awesome’ all in the same sentence, he must be in serious need of some social life.

But then she was taken aback by his comment. Inviting people to join them was fine. That’s why she went out; to meet people and to socialize. But the way he phrased it sounded like a publicity stunt; surprising them and bringing them to the ‘big table’? And she certainly wasn’t going to be ‘kept to himself.’ There was something about the way he said that and the way he looked her over that she decidedly did not like.

“Hmm, don’t count on it, Johnny.” She kept her tone light, but firm. Even if this were a date, she wouldn’t be kept by anyone. The point was to meet people, not to stare wistfully into the eyes of someone she’d only met a few times. “I have a real man at home.” Currently working through the final stages of the paper he was going to present at a conference in Rhode Island. Something about the hairs on ants’ bodies. She’d stopped listening after that.

Early on in the week, Johnny was texting Jan about random things, just talking when he got the idea of wanting to hang out with her. He was a party kinda of guy and saw she was interested in that kinda of stuff too. He began to get ready and all freshened up for his night at the club with Jan. He figured he would go with his normal look for his Club nights. Which was all black dress shoes laced up and black socks, Then his Normal fitted dress pants steam pressed to have no wrinkles. His navy blue shirt with golden flames on the cuffs, and his black blazer that was tight and fitted to not be so bulky, and a Tie that was slim and have the stripes on it with a pin of the logo of his team.

After getting all dressed up, he heard his phone buzzing and ringing being a text from Jan saying her and her driver were down at the entrance of the Baxter Building,”Sweet! man this night will be pretty exciting! can’t wait to dance it up and maybe Janet will be impressed with this hot guy”, He said looking himself over in the mirror in his room. He wanted to make sure he looked as perfect as possible when he went out. Esspecially with a Girl and to go dancing at the club.

He ran out his room and passed by the team,”Bye going out to dance and clubbing with Jan, Yeah okay bye!”, he said really fast as he got into the elevator and began to press the button to the level one and made it go into rush mode to make sure he didn’t make Jan wait any longer. Once out of the elevator he saw the Car with the open door in front waiting for him. He made his way and nodded at the door greeter and hopped into the car,”Well Jan! how are you? ready to live it up and have an amazing time?”

Jan looked out the tinted window of her car and tried to figure out who was looking her way. For a moment, it was just a sea of people in all directions and then she saw the admirer standing across the street. She elected to ignore that tweet. There were things she wanted to do other than cause a swarm of admirers. That’s what publicity events were for.

At least, I always have fun there.” It was a not-quite-established club she’d heard about through the vine, but even in its infancy it was becoming a bit more of a hot spot. Just private enough she didn’t expect to see people who expected to see her, but a good time all around.

Jan turned off her phone and pushed her sunglasses up her nose a little higher. “But how are you anyway?” They’d texted earlier that week, but it had been so superficial she seemed to have forgotten already what it was about. Probably nothing important, or it would have stuck in her mind.

The silence was broken only by the clink of silverware on platters as everyone at the table poked at their food. Hogun glanced around briefly and sighed. He supposed it was nice for a change… everyone being just as quiet as he was. But then there was a nagging feeling in the pit of his stomach that this was the calm before the storm. And what sort of storm would come… Hogun wasn’t even sure Allfather knew.

God, it was quiet. Steve was seated between Bucky and Peggy, his knee resting against hers as they ate, but he was fiddling with his comm in his free hand. Tony and the others were supposed to call in when they got the gate working and made it to the tree, but they’d had nothing but radio silence for hours.

He was just reorienting the comm in his hand when the wall crashed in.

It was almost like a funeral. The way nobody spoke or wore a perceptible expression on their face. It was also almost like a very hot summer day. When moisture hung heavy in the air and even in the lightest of linen one only wanted to sit still. And her headache. As if she’d stayed awake late for days only to end her pursuit in bitter disappointment.

Well, as far as “visiting alien planets” went, this was proving to be boring. Really, really boring.

Dakota picked at her food, not actually hungry but just desperate for something to pass the time. She looked around the table at the various bored, if not slightly worried, faces around her. She looked at her reflection in her cup. She patted the hilt of her borrowed rapier as if to check that it was still in place. She looked across the table at the rather attractive Fandral, who looked like he was about to speak.

And then suddenly the wall behind him was gone and everyone was scrambling and there was some sort of giant purple man yelling and swinging his massive arms.

It was uncomfortable that much was certain.

Not the most uncomfortable meal she had ever attended, the award for that probably went to one where everyone around the table was working for a different faction, all armed to the teeth and all just waiting for someone to light a touchpaper while keeping up a flow of easy conversation and cameraderie. At least here nobody was even really attempting awkward small talk.

She idly picked at some of the food on her plate, fork in one hand, her other hand resting palm up on her thigh, feeling Bucky sat on her left lightly tracing letters into her skin, silently spelling out a message, all the while sitting stoically eating, expression slightly bored. "Do you think we can duck outta this?"

The meal that they were at was if nothing else dull. The food was good, but the atmosphere was one of boredom and concern. There was nothing to alleviate it and it seemed to have descended like a pall over all of them. He kept his expression blank as he and Natasha wrote messages, keeping the conversation between them, concentrating instead on the sensation of her fingertip against his palm, the movements translating into letters and words as she wrote, a light tap to his finger between words to let him know when the new one was to start.

At least soon meant that they could get out of there as soon as was polite.
