This quote totally hits home! It's such a great reminder that it's ok to have wandering heart. I've always had a love of travel, adventure, and recently, new journeys. I'm learning to embrace these many different sides of me. Keep wandering! You're not lost. You're LIVING! 😊🙌

{Throwback Thursday} Looking back at these photos makes me so proud for different reasons. Last summer to about 3 weeks ago. Different bodies but equally proud of both and how healthy and strong I feel in them 💚 It took me a while to find the right balance of fitness and nutrition after having Kava in order to learn what my new post baby body needed. I couldn't go back to what I was doing before, it didn't work. I had to start from scratch. This journey hasn't been easy. At times, it's been frustrating and there were times I wanted to give up but I didn't. I dug deep. Remembered why and who I was doing this for and how much better and energetic I felt. Now, I'm happy to say no matter what the scale says l, I am stronger and happier and healthier this time around than before. Loving my baby bump and preggo body more and more everyday! Thanks to @beachbody, @shakeology and my fit fam for helping to empower, inspire and motivate me. There's no easy fix to all this. It takes hard work and dedication. But it's all so worth it!

This is why I'm starting. This is day 2 for @buildingasuperhero and I will post a new video each day for the next 22 days, and rather than challenge one person, I challenge anyone who see's my videos to accept this challenge and help spread awareness. What's the ONE thing you have been dreading to do -- but you MUST do?! For me -- today at least -- it was doing my leg day workout. Ok, now it's your turn. And GO! I BELIEVE in you 💚

And neither does stress! But if you channel your frustration into 25-30 minutes of positive activity, you're going to walk away feeling WAY better! How many of you can attest to the power of working out being a stress reliever!? ✋✋✋

Love yourself you the way you love your body! {Nutrition Tip Alert} Buying organic allows you to have the highest quality produce. Organic farmers do not use herbicides or pesticides to grow therefore saving you the harm of all these toxins in your food! Not only that, but they hold more nutritional value the non-organic! I understand organic is more expensive, but, look at it as an investment in your health vs an extra expense on your budget. What's your priority?? Living healthy and fueling your body with nutrients rich foods OR buying that dress you don't really need?? It's all about priorities 💚 I mean, food is the largest line item on our budget and I'm damn proud of that! 🙌💪😎

Honesty time! What excuses do you make for not taking control of your nutrition and fitness?! There are so many and I hear them all of the time -- I've even used some of them in the past and recently! Surprised?! Don't be! I'm human and I'm pregnant -- that's one I use A LOT these days 😆 But that and most of my excuses can be overcome knowing my kids can participate with workouts...which is a good example to them #WinWin 🙌 I can spend a couple hours one day a week meal and food prepping for the other 6 days -- it's what helps keep me and my hubby so successful with our nutrition.

This tends to be where most people screw it all up! Just because you can't see the final destination yet and you don't know what the end looks like doesn't mean you shouldn't start! You KNOW it's going to be better, so why not just go ahead and take hat first step?! PS - And the best part, you get to make up the end along the way, anyway 😁 Create your life how you always wanted it to be!

One of the most frustrating things in life is seeing someone who is too stuck in their ways to change the very things that could save their life. Stubbornness can cost you your life if applied in the wrong direction. If you're going to be stubborn, be stubborn about doing whatever it takes to live life to your fullest! -- just some thoughts as I sit and think about what I feel my mission is while enjoying the view with my son. May you always feel empowered and motivated to build the life you want. Be stubborn about that because we only have 1 life to live. Build your life. Design the life of your dreams!
