Hey Tumblr fam. I don’t like having to make posts like this, but my situation is a bit desperate. I’ve been living in an apartment that costs too much; every month I go into overdraft when I write the rent check, and it takes me the whole month to get back out of that. I even started donating plasma just so I could have some money for gas and a few groceries. But a new opportunity opened up for me to move into a room in a house with three girls, the rent will be significantly cheaper and it’s within walking distance of my university and my job, so I’d have to use my car less.
In order to move in, though, I’ll need to get rid of my apartment. The lease isn’t up until the end of September, and the fee for breaking lease is basically 3 times the rent. So my options are to either find a sublet, or to break lease and be deep in the hole for a while. As a result, I’m asking for help. There are a few ways you can help.
1) if you know anyone in the Tulsa, OK area who’s looking for a place to stay just over the summer, please tell them about my apartment and message me if they’re interested

3) if you want me to do something for you in return for money, I can offer you writing commissions or crafting commissions; I can knit and crochet, and maybe can do a little embroidery as well
