Really true cause I'm tired of seeing post upon post going "shota/rape/dadcon/etc" thats just meant to invoke an image of child abuse with no further commentary. How has your hair care journey been going?

oh my gosh so many ups and downs in the beginning finding out what worked best for me... but my hair is doing incredible right now! what i eat made a major difference: I take women's multi-vitamins daily as well as a gentle iron supplement, and I eat around 80g of protein a day. I also do yoga daily to get blood flowing and I use a scalp massager. for washing I'll either use amla and shikakai powder formed into a paste or I'll use a shampoo bar i bought. apple cider vinegar rinse once a week + jojoba oil on my ends after. I figured my hair just hated 99% of shampoos because it was too harsh on it paired with the frigid climate of manitoba lol and your average conditioner always has made my hair frizzy
