Interiors of Packwood House, Warwickshire, now owned by the National Trust. Despite its appearance of age, the interiors were constructed to imitate Tudor architecture and style in 1925, when the house was inherited by Graham Baron Ash from his father, industrialist Alfred Ash (who purchased it in 1904). The house was built 1556-1560 as a timber-framed farmhouse, but little of the original structure remains. Though not originally belonging to the house, much of the furniture is from the 16th and 17th century.

JAKEY FUCKING DIED <3
Chad Douglas Big Guns (1987) dir. William Higgins
It’s not Henry’s. He tells himself that again. I would know. Would he? Can he recall the exact shape of Hal’s hands in his mind? Every scar, every crease? He’s seen them a thousand times—fastening his armour with swift precision, the fingertips brushing his collar. Fixing his shirt by the fire. Holding the smith’s hammer like a chalice of purpose. Hoisting him off the ground to carry him to safety. Clutching Hans with heartbreaking desperation as they fled from Rocktower Pond. Hands that mend, that guard, that strike and soothe. He knows them. As well as his own.
