This will be the foundation for our tiny house. This baby has been traded back and fourth from my father and his good friend for years. My dad actually lived it in for a good while. Name is James Black and his giving us a great deal of 250.00 Made back in the late 70’s so the tires and axels are no good.

We live in North East Texas which is basically the trailer capital of USA.

Tex Trails here in town quoted us under 1,300 for all new axels and everything we need.

Performance Trailers quoted us under 400.00 for removing and installing all axels.

Husband is looking into powder coating but unless the trailer was made from them they won’t do ours, just paint for 1,200. I don’t think so.

My dad is a mechanic and paints cars so I have no doubt my dad will do this for us.

We get our rough draft of our tiny house on Valentines Day and receive the full finished design the first week of March. Also emailed my Loan Agreement to a man willing to loan us the money for a 5.5% rate. So far everything is going well. Excited to get started.

We never heard back from Tiny House Nation but that isn't stopping us. Found our trailer we will be using for our foundation. I will upload photos this week.
