Thank you, Toonfest Orlando β¨π
I wrote this while my plane was departing and I'm posting this a week after this event started.
I can't be more grateful for this amazing experience. Even if I didn't interact that much, I was so amazed to share a space with SO MANY people who plays and enjoys the same game as me. Being in the panels, getting hyped for the announcements at the same time as you, was something so special for me.
I want to specially thank the people who interacted with me, playing, having a conversation or just exchanging some words. It was a 1st time interacting in English with a lot of native speakers and I'm glad you could understand me, that has a lot of meaning to me.
I'm also glad that I could give some of my drawings to the people who requested them in the past. I could do it with 3 people but I'll remember their reactions for getting them π
And I can't thank enough to all the staff. I could talk with some of them who already knew me online and everyone were so kind! And I have to thank Joey on a side because HE CONFIRMED MY HEADCANON OF CLERK BEING A SKILLED PROGRAMMER WOOHOO π
Also, that moment in the Toontales panel where you read my card was so heartwarming, I will never forget it β¨
This trip was a big step for me and was a success, big part of it is thanks to all of you. Now I'm coming back, hoping to come and see you guys again in the next one. 2009's me, who wasn't a member and desired to attend a Toonfest, even if she wasn't from the US is very happy with this experience. Thank you so much π
