I often find myself thinking a lot about the nature of microbiome and how they are sort of our food and feelings overlords. How what we feed ourselves influences how we feel and how we feel influences how we act and, with this knowledge, what we can do with it--mentally, physically, spiritually. At the end of the day, we're all just fleshy sacks of bacteria helplessly bashing into each other and it’s kind of beautiful.
