Are there days when your just not motivated to get to the gym? Do you press snooze various times and think to yourself, "I should really just stay in bed". You are a driven and hardworking individual. You overachieve, are always positive and on the move. We all have those days though. The days that we just don't want to go. JUST GET THERE!
The days that you don't expect much from your workouts end up being the ones that you get the most out of. Some of my best workouts have come on the days were my desire to be there is low. Your drive will get you there, your motivation will push you through!
