my darcy has a very specific constant in her story that no other darcy writer uses. it is a headcanon based on a character from 2013's mighty avengers and this gives her a deeper connection to marvel comics that i dig a LOT. simply put she is the great grand-daughter of the bear and as such inherited the genetic magical ability to do what her great gma can do.
this ability will vary wildly ic as it depends on our verse and what we are doing there. it will come up eventually, but if it comes up where it's your muse against darcy just hmu in IMs or discord and we can discuss abilities and limits. HOWEVER NOTE... i am extremely easy going with this and will never make darcy all powerful by any means. i want it to be fun if we are writing a fight scene, not annoying lol!
another constant for my darcy is her love of music. she doesn't play anything or sing or whatever but she enjoys music a LOT and often uses it to relax or get herself pumped up or just to sort of work through feelings by herself?? idk she just VIBES and i have a LOT of posts of music she recommends IC that i will reblog. idk not something you NEED to know but i think it's a neat thing to do for her and i love sharing that with others.
regarding drama: i am doing my BEST to not involve myself in ANY of it... but that feels impossible lately. like sometimes when yall talk to me ooc and mention another writer by name i have NO IDEA who u mean bc i am just ... i don't have that kind of time/energy to be aware of every single person and their mutuals and their mutuals mutuals and who has beef with who and why and who changed their name and why and who did what when where why HOW? i am currently trying extremely hard to be kind and considerate to as many people as possible. i do draw hard lines with those who are CLEARLY racist/n*zis/fascists/actual zionists but the keyword there is CLEARLY. i REALLY need people to understand that if you say there is someone i am apparently mutuals or friends with that is problematic then i will need to do my own deep dive on this person and likely i will talk to them. and if you ever think i am a problem you may absolutely come talk to me. i won't rattle your name off to my followers, i will take the time and energy out of my day to talk with you to figure out what is going on and where i can do anything to make something right.
