what dark rituals do I preform to procure the power of "background layout artist"?

Ahahah well, the power of wanting to draw your blorbos in a pretty setting is a good place to start !

But really, look for references ! I take a lot of pictures of any kind of elements that I find pretty or inspiring! A detail of a stone, a window, whatever:D and i put them in my illustrations :)

Having fun imagining my character walking in my backgrounds is my fuel!

A huge sketchdump of an Au vaguely inspired by stardust of my dnd character Sighard and (not in this Au) vampire master Colomban

@surikane and I had a joint medievalcore birthday party this year ! I made this little jester costume very loosely based on various 15th century illustrations, with some appliqués and quilting that are not quite of the period.... We chose the colours based on the heraldry of our hometowns. The little boar bell is for the eastern zodiac sign we share.

Not my usual stuff on this blog, but it can count because I was one of the (for fun)photographs during this lovely medieval anniversary party ! @surikane lend me a beautiful dress and we had a great time.

They are so much more cool outfits and pictures, I hope other guests on tumblr will post them !

And let's not forget about the delicious food made that night !!
