My bestie came to the rescue once again. 💕Liz took two babies and Indi home with her for the day!! 👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼
My day in a nutshell 😳 I think Mumma is going to cry herself to sleep tonight!!
Baby Spa Perth Thank you for the wonderful spa experience!! We all left feeling very relaxed and pampered 🍼🍼🍼🍼🍼
Tiffy LOVES her organic baby porridge!! Bellamy's Organic is the only way to go. 👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼 This is our secret trick to getting 5 babies to sleep through the night!! 💤
This year a Perth boy lost his hands and feet due to the Meningococcal disease! Robbie Buchan was diagnosed in October 2014 at only 5 months old. This gorgeous little boy fought a battle none of us could even begin to imagine. In the past week Western Australia has had two confirmed cases of the deadly disease, no parent wants to see their child go through a vaccine preventable disease.
The out of pocket cost for Meningococcal B Vaccine is $125 per dose with four recommended doses. For many Australia Families this cost can't be justified and the lack of information provided to families on this preventable disease is unjust.
I ask that anyone who shares my views on vaccine preventable diseases sign my Change.org petition to bring us one step closer to bringing this very much needed vaccine to the national immunisation program register.

I’m Human and Honest
I’m human and honest!!!
Being a MUM is hard on the best of days! There is so much pressure to conform to this idea of the 'perfect' parent. We all know the type of parent I’m talking about; the ones that never seemed stressed and have farts that smell like cupcakes!!!!
And what about the mean mums? The ones whose life goal is to point out everything ‘WRONG' with the way you raise your children. Come on everyone PLAY nicely, if I have learnt anything in the past year it’s don't judge and there’s no need to be mean.
Heres a few things you may not know about me:
My older kids don’t always have a regular bed time, some mornings we have CHOCOLATE for breakfast!!! My three year old always wants to be on the iPad, yes I suffer selective hearing when the QUINS may cry it out, someone needs an answer asap, the mobile is constantly ringing I PUSH the busy button surprisingly!! The non-stop messages, they’re endless - please help And my poor husband bless him is always at the back of the QUEUE.
I had the honour of meeting an amazing mum yesterday having a s..t day well a BAD day!!! Our paths crossed at a cafe as I was leaving, she was crying because her baby wouldn't stop crying and she just needed a moment to collect herself before she soldiered on and slayed the rest of her day.
The worse thing you can tell me on a bad day is " It will get easier.” It doesn’t always get easier it’s more challenging, like MUD wrestling blindfolded and going backwards!!!
If I'm crying I have earned this moment and I want to feel it!
So my message to all you WONDERFUL MUMS out there is ‘ITS OKAY’ and always be true to YOURSELF xxx
We absolutely loved the Baby Spa Perth from the moment we walked through the door! The rooms were so cosy and warm, the babies and I were treated like VIPs!
I think Tiffy loved her experience the most, she was full of smiles and floated around with utter enjoyment, this baby wasn't afraid of the water!!
The babies loved bobbing around in the little pool, they were so relaxed and happy. The squad then enjoyed a massage with some reflexology, they all slept like angels on the way home.
Thank you for having us xx
Keith loves to fall asleep with his Lulla doll by RoRo ❤️ nothing better than a sleeping baby 👶🏼🍼
We have plaques on each cot so we all know who goes where, Yes it does get confusing!! Keith is lucky enough to get a whole cot to himself while the girls often share.
The babies are sleeping VERY well these days, Keith does 12 hours overnight and the girls do between 8-10! My older girls don't even sleep for that long!! All I can say is routine, routine, routine from birth if possible.
I think we may be ready for some solid food, I don't think I'm ready though. 🙃

How life has changed from the moment my beautiful babies were born. I know as hard as it is I wouldn't change it for the world. To all the mums out there going through a multiple pregnancy, I know the feeling of despair you have when you get up in the morning and go to sleep at night. The worry you have for the future, financially and emotionally and the guilt you have for feeling the way you do! all mothers feel that guilt, you know that thing that chips away until nothing is left?
Remember to breath and try not sweat the small stuff. If you are reading this don't worry about the dishes that are piling up and the other endless amounts of chores that need to be done! Put it down and go do something for YOU! Life can change in an instant, enjoy the moment.
Nothing felt easy for us bringing five babies home! The experience with my three other children coming home after they were born feels like a distant dream. We miss having that one on one time without feeling guilty about the others, guilt is something that plagues me most days! When Vaughn and I do get out together we see families with their young babies and children having lunch or enjoying an ice cream and we sit in awe and watch how beautiful that moment truly is, its hard to accept life just doesn't work that simply for us anymore.
We try to remember all we have achieved when life gets tough, believe me some days we struggle more than you would believe! I'm writing this watching my husband in the lounge room playing with Indi with the five babies in their bumbos, we couldn't have imagined that moment that long ago.

Whilst we love the convenience and generous donation of our Huggies nappies, I have also been using Bambino Mio Australia modern cloth nappies from time to time. I love the idea of an eco friendly solution, that is gentle on the skin particularly for a couple of the babies who have had quite severe nappy rash. The Bambino Mio miosolo all in one nappies are super easy to use and clean, and the adjustable sizing means they grow with the baby right through to toilet training! But seriously how cute do they look?
Happy 100th Birthday King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 Thank you to all the staff for all the love, care and support over the last 10 months. We couldn't have done it without you. ❤️
An hour after having the babies I started eating chocolate chip lactation cookies by milk & cookies by Jewels. I did my best to breast feed and express but my body had been through so much during the pregnancy. I had a low supply and worked hard to only get out 20 to 50mls. I am so thankful we had access to donor milk in the neonatal unit.
I look back now and see how hard I was on myself. I cried myself to sleep wondering why I just couldn't feed them solely with my own milk. I had an abundance of milk with my other children and fed one of my daughters until she was 2, why couldn't I do it this time? The reality has now dawned on me, my body had just given birth to FIVE babies!!
I still have low supply but often try and give the babies a little breast milk to help build immunity and help with sore tummies and aches and pains.
Let's not beat ourselves up about these things and continue being good mums.
One of the gorgeous mums who volunteers with us freshened up my hair after my bad day during the week, she's located in Baldivis ❤️
