Yes I will shut up about swimming one day, but ever since I started a regular swimming routine I feel so strong and at home in my own body, I didn't even know it was possible to feel like this and it's wonderful.

Yes I will shut up about swimming one day, but ever since I started a regular swimming routine I feel so strong and at home in my own body, I didn't even know it was possible to feel like this and it's wonderful.
Today's swimming session didn't go as well as usual. My muscles were a bit sore from yesterday and I felt less motivated in general. Probably also because I didn't sleep well thanks to the heat last night. I swam 500 m and then another 100 m as fast as I could, and called it a day.
Today I went swimming with my mum, who used to be a swim trainer, and we worked a little on my technique. I have less mobility in my right hip joint than in the left one, which makes me swim a little bit crooked, which then puts more strain on my left shoulder. It's funny how everything in the body is connected like this. I worked on keeping my hips stable and moving my legs the same way and it made me swim even faster than usual. Also, I don't feel tense in my left shoulder at all now.
Lately I've been feeling how I imagine neurotypical people feel and it's a little scary, but I also try to enjoy it while it lasts.
My aunt has a hen named Erica who likes being held and eating out of people's hands.
People living in the future, travelling, free stove, and sewing machine experiments.
The prettiest cat in the world.
Every day I can swim a little more, it's almost like training actually works.
It's only 10 in the morning and I already swam 1km.
Life these days is cycling to the river, swimming ~500 metres, reading in the shade of a tree, going back into the water to swim another couple 100 metres, and cycling back home. It feels so good to use up all my energy like this. The last time I slept this well was when I worked 10 hour shifts at the horse stable.
Helped my friend move in 37 degree weather. We are still alive and it only took us 1 hour and 40 minutes to move all this stuff and more to a completely different part of the city. Who needs the gym when you can carry boxes and furniture up and down the stairs?
Friend had a baby, other friend told me she's pregnant. I don't like this age where everyone is having babies. I want my friends for myself, not share them with tiny human beings.
Not having a job is kind of nice.
Today it was 36 degrees outside and 20 degrees inside my flat.
Another day of swimming. I feel so good.
