Once you figure out how the copyright will be handled in the Parks and Rec video, will you share the info with us? I'm sure I'm not the only one who is very interested in how that could unfold.

Remarkably, the video remains unclaimed. I was planning on making a video about the process of dealing with a copyright claim…that was like 25% of the reason I made that vide and yet, here I sit, monetizing someone else’s content as if it were my own! Kinda! FAIR USE! WHO KNOWS!!

It's just proof that copyright law is selectively enforced based on the desires of our corporate masters. It probably wasn't originally intended to be so complicated and impossible to interpret correctly, but you also don't see anyone (with power to) rushing to revise it. The current state of copyright law means companies always win, just look at when Disney started using fan art without permission. They claimed the characters were legally theirs so the art was too. That's like saying I can't paint a picture of a soup can without Campbell's technically owning my art. Not to mention the utter hypocrisy of Disney doing that when all their most popular works are just reimagining of thousand year old tales.

Point is, copyright law is screwed, fair use is an illusion that can be shook from your head the second lawyers toss a tiny amount of money at the issue.

It took me 2 years to finally find a good doctor to find out why do I get all these stomach pains that throw me on the floor wheezing after everything I eat. Well, mostly everything I eat my body is allergic to lmao so like, no eggs, nothing made out of milk (no yogurt, cheese, creams, ice creams, etc.), nothing made out of flour, no chicken meat, pork or cow, no butter, no apples, pears, grapes, oranges, bananas, melons, strawberries, no spinach. But knowing myself I still give into eating all that stuff even though it throws me on the ground right after 20 mins kek Hey, I still love food!
