Just read your personal HC regarding Clone Cloud & that's kinda solidified a personal one I have which is the fact that Cloud would end up adopting kids in Edge after AC since, being a clone he probably wouldn't have any reproductive ability. Maybe.

I am publishing this only because I have further headcanons involving Cloud & reproduction. 

       I do not believe SOLDIERs have the ability to reproduce. We know very little about what Mako and Jenova would be like if placed in the real world, correct? But I theorize mako is like straight radiation. It’s so harmful to the human body and while on a sci-fi level this makes for super-human warriors or SOLDIERs there will be horrible side-affects!      I think the first to go is the ability to reproduce, there are other side-affects of course, I have little doubt of that as well. But I do not believe any SOLDIER can have kids. I think Cloud deep-down knows this and that’s why he so easily took in Denzel. Denzel reminded him of a child that could have been his, with his bright blue eyes and brown hair (reminded him of Aer maybe?) that it was natural for Cloud to take in this boy.      So I 100% agree that Cloud cannot have children, though I do not believe it is solely because he is a clone.

I feel really awful but I have exactly zero motivation to do replies or even to be on Cloud right now. Things came up and I’m not sure if I wanna delete and make a new muse for my beloved group or archive Cloud and start over. I can’t figure out what I want to do. I’m about as lost as my muse honestly. There’s another muse I want to roleplay so I might switch out Cloud for them. But at the same time I have good memories here and I don’t really want to leave....

Please note; this is my personal take on the fan-theory/debate of Cloud being a clone after the events of Nibelheim.  This is part of how I will roleplay Cloud, if you do not like it? Find a different Cloud rp’er to follow

      Cloud while in the OG of FF7 before he was experimented on was stabbed all the way through with Masumane Sephiroth's sword. No nonSOLDIER should have ever survived that. Thus the fan theory is, Cloud died and was revived through cloning, injected with Jenova/Mako trying to create a better Sephiroth      Thus, yes. My Cloud is indeed a clone of the original Cloud who died when Sephiroth attacked Mount Nibel and the village of Nibelheim. He died in that mako reactor trying to protect Tifa and Zack, the Cloud you know now is a failed Sephiroth clone created by Professor Hojo.
