Fortunately, not one of these beliefs is true. In fact, they are each and every one dead wrong. (The only exception is if you share your feelings with another emotionally neglected person, who may not have any idea how to respond). When you grow up receiving consistent direct or indirect messages that you should keep your feelings to yourself, it is natural to assume that those feelings are burdensome and undesirable to others.

It was called to my attention I haven't been writing much... Below the cut are my reasonings.

My mom needs heart surgery, she is in her seventies and they need to put a stint in her heart, same for my dad. My mom has bills right now she cannot pay, we're under threat of them foreclosing our home. A house I have lived in for almost twenty-nine years now.

On top of this, a friend who was more like my little sister, somebody who I have known for almost ten years abandoned me this week. Along with another friend who flat-out told me I was one of the most toxic and abusive people she had ever met.

The second one who left has a habit of making call-out posts, so I'm actually fairly scared that she may make one on me and I'll have no way to truly fight back against it.

All of this together is keeping me extremely stressed out to the point I barely sleep, I make myself sick when I eat and my depression has skyrocketed. I barely have muse to  write anything anymore.

Please do not take it personally if I don't reply to a roleplay but you see me posting one-liners.

I'm trying... I really am.
