I usually play around a lot more with blending modes and overlays + color combos, but this is the general process. I hope this helps 😊 There's also some overlays posted on my account if you need some

Hi! I was wanting to try putting bgs inside more of my containers on rentry, and I was wondering how you go about it. Figuring out dimensions and making the bg img fit just annoys me a little so i was wondering about how others do them. I'd love to hear about your process and how you go about container bgs and stuff :)

I don't do a lot to figure out the bg sizing. I use whatever canvas size I want on ibis and then when I add it into the metadata I have the max width at 300px and the bg size as contain and I just add rows of text until it fits correctly. I can do a video tutorial if you need 🐱

I’m new to rentry and all that stuff.. but I’m curious, how do u find inspo for a rentry user? like finding available users that match the theme? sorry if i didn’t make myself clear, i try to find some of them for me to use on my rentry and they’re all used by someone else TT

Hi Anon! Do you mean like the urls? My urls are obtained from trading and the reclaim system. If you don't have any now I recommend turning to the reclaim system. Any inactive/hoarded links you find, you can try to claim them. There's more info about it on /request-url Though claims are closed right now as it's Sarah's(rentry mod) birthday!

i've seen a lot of tutorials on how to resize them, but not how to make them from scratch, or in general how to make them, and i'd love trying to make some of my own!

Generally I either stack square frames, or I make one single side with all the details and duplicate until I have 4 and then arrange all of them into a square. There a lot of ways tbh it just depends on what you're looking for. I know some art programs have a four way symmetry thing so you can just draw it. You can do the same with regular symmetry by drawing the top half and then just duplicating and flipping it

Hi! Honestly you can use any canvas size. All my canvases are really big, and they just get like resized(?) To the 350px when you import it to rentry So it doesn't really matter the canvas size
